| In September, Sanbona Wildlife Reserve will once again open its gates to a few privileged mountain bike and trail running enthusiasts. following the highly successful launch of the Sanbona Forever Wild Weekend we would like to invite all outdoor enthusiast and adventurers to the only event of its kind in the Western Cape! Bring the family and of course those bikes and running shoes and take part in this WILD experience!
This is your opportunity to be part of the very exclusive SANBONA FOREVER WILD WEEKEND. Explore Sanbona Wildlife Reserve, possibly the most exclusive reserve in the Western Cape. Spend a weekend with us exploring the unique Renosterveld biosphere. Experience the flowering beauty of the Overberg in the height of flower season and marvel at all its WILD inhabitants.
Competitors can choose from 8 different trail running and mountain biking events, catering for all levels of fitness.
A portion of all entry fees will be donated to Reach for a Dream and Forever Wild Rhino Protection Initiative
We have a very limited number of entries available for this event. 2012 entries were sold out in hours so to avoid disappointment, make sure you enter at the times reflected below.
BOOKINGS AND OPTIONS
We will be offering 3 options this year to cater for everyone’s taste. Those those preferring to treat themselves can do so at a significantly reduced rate in the luxury of Sanbona’s 5-star lodges, whilst the nature lovers will have the exclusive opportunity of camping in the reserve whilst listening to the jackals call and the owls hoot as the stars come out. Participants will also have the option of staying in their own accommodation outside of the reserve but partake in all the events and festivities on the reserve.
