Event Details
The next NavChallenge will be held at Oak Lane Cottages on 15 November 2014. Trail runners and mountain bikers will get to experience the beauty of Lebanon Forest and the greater Elgin Valley.

 

The NavChallenge will cater for both the experienced competitor and for those beginners that just want a taste of the adventure.

Are you new to The NavChallenge?
– The NavChallenge is a fun filled treasure hunt style race involving basic navigation (unmarked routes) open to teams comprising 2 trail runners or 2 mountain bikers.

– Your objective, to get to as many checkpoints as you can in 3 hours.

– The NavChallenge is suitable for both beginner and hardcore athletes with a sense of adventure. We encourage beginners to come and enjoy a great morning out in this exciting and unique style event and we challenge the experienced competitor to push themselves as they try and visit ALL the checkpoints within the time limit.

– For extra excitement we are sure to include a special stage to increase the adventure and fun . Be prepared for a little surprise
So whether you are a weekend adventure seeker or a racing pro, bring your partner and a lot of enthusiasm and let’s have some fun!

The entry fee is R220 per person.  The entry fee includes 3 hours of fun and adventure and a strict limitation on the number of entrants allowed, prizes to podium finishers and lucky draw prizes, a finisher’s memento (not a medal) and refreshments upon completion of the event.
